About Otter

• Keeps every item you sell in one inventory, with photos, cost, where it's stored and where it's listed.
• Writes listing drafts from your photos and notes. Nothing is posted until you approve it.
• Lists on eBay through eBay's official API, and helps you fill sell forms on other marketplaces from your own browser.
• When an item sells anywhere, ends its other listings (or puts them on your take-down list) so it can't sell twice.
• Tracks fees, shipping and cost of goods so you see your real profit, with exports for taxes.
• Brings buyer messages and offers into one inbox, with a suggested reply for each.

Otter connects to eBay, Etsy and Shopify through their official APIs, after you sign in with the marketplace and approve access. It only does what you ask it to: import your listings, publish the listings you approve, end listings when an item sells, sync your orders, and answer buyer messages you send from Otter.

For marketplaces without a seller API (Poshmark, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace and others), Otter's browser extension fills their forms in your own logged-in browser. You review and submit each one. Your passwords for those sites never leave your browser.

You can disconnect any marketplace at any time in Settings, or from the marketplace's own account settings.

Your shop's data belongs to you. Otter doesn't sell it or show you ads. Read the privacy policy for what's stored, who processes it, and how to delete it.
